Krzysztof Bracha,
Embedded Systems Lead
As a software engineer, I am passionate about requirement analysis, risk recognition, and cost/benefit estimation. I am typically engaged on the most critical business projects which require both advanced firmware skills and solid work ethic. I obtain experience of taking ownership of highly complex devices and over time turning them over from unacceptable performance below customer expectations to a fully stable release performing accordingly to and even above the customer target goals. I have spent the global chip shortage period leading the firmware design and supervising the product manufacturing and deployment process, successfully delivering projects characterized by high risk, business impact and critical schedule.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Application Software Development from Robert Gordon University.
During the Covid pandemic I wanted to make the most of the “stay-at-home” circumstances and decided to apply for Msc in Management, Strategy and Leadership. I completed the full-time course while also working full-time, with the thesis titled “The role of leadership, team motivation, and development methodology in the success of a software project” and merit distinction.
When out of the office I enjoy weightlifting, hiking, playing the guitar, learning new languages and about cultures. I always enjoy trying new things and recently completed one of my lifetime goals a parachute jump!
